At Home In Hickory Hollow

This collection of homespun stories springs from an Amish neighborhood of farms strung along a back road in the hills of Holmes County, Ohio. The characters are real, though they largely assume pseudonyms to presreve anonymity, and are oftn composites drawn from several sources.Each story originates in truth but must be called fictious because of deviation from the actual event- sometimes to create continuity, sometimes to interweave one incident into another, and occasionally to inject animation.
